Easy Sopapilla Cheesecake
Bake at 350
pkgs (8oz each)
Cream Cheese, softened
butter or margarine
Cinnamon & Sugar
Unroll and spread 1 1/2 cans of crescent rolls on bottom of ungreased 13x9 baking dish.
Combine softened cream cheese, vanilla and 1 cup of sugar until well blended.
Spread cream cheese mixture over top of crescent rolls
Unroll and spread remaining 1 1/2 cans of crescent rolls over top of cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
Depending on your oven you might need to extend baking time in 5 minute increments until dough in middle of pan is fully cooked.
