Easy Sopapilla Cheesecake

  • 3 cans crescent rolls
  • 2 pkgs (8oz each) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • Cinnamon & Sugar


  • Unroll and spread 1 1/2 cans of crescent rolls on bottom of ungreased 13x9 baking dish.
  • Combine softened cream cheese, vanilla and 1 cup of sugar until well blended.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture over top of crescent rolls
  • Unroll and spread remaining 1 1/2 cans of crescent rolls over top of cream cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  • Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.


Depending on your oven you might need to extend baking time in 5 minute increments until dough in middle of pan is fully cooked.
