Easy Meatball Parmesan Stacks Recipe

One of the things every member of my family will eat without question or complaint is meatballs. They all love meatballs. They’re a bunch of carnivores, I tell ya.

They would eat meatballs with pasta and sauce every day of the week if I’d serve it. Which I won’t because that’s a whole lot of meatballs. But I decided to switch it up and make something a little different and they loved it.

Ingredients:
1 bag frozen meatballs, cooked as directed on package
1 jar (24oz) spaghetti sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 box frozen Texas Toast garlic bread, baked as directed

Directions:
1. Spread 1 cup pasta sauce in bottom of 13×9 baking dish.
2. Arrange meatballs in single layer on top.
3. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over top.
4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, & Italian seasoning on top.
5. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
6. Serve over garlic bread.

Doesn’t that look delicious? And the best part is how easy it was to prepare. The night I was planning to prepare this was one of our busier nights of the week. So I baked the meatballs during the day and popped them in the fridge until I was ready to make dinner.

The Texas Toast baked while I threw together the meatball bake. When the meatballs were done I popped the Texas Toast back in the oven for a minute just to heat them a little bit. It worked great and I had dinner on the table in less than 20 minutes.
