Easy Meatball Parmesan Stacks

31days

One of the things every member of my family will eat without question or complaint is meatballs. They all love meatballs. They’re a bunch of carnivores, I tell ya. They would eat meatballs with pasta and sauce every day of the week if I’d serve it. Which I won’t because that’s a whole lot of meatballs. But I decided to switch it up and make something a little different and they loved it.

Doesn’t that look delicious? And the best part is how easy it was to prepare. The night I was planning to prepare this was one of our busier nights of the week. So I baked the meatballs during the day and popped them in the fridge until I was ready to make dinner. The Texas Toast baked while I threw together the meatball bake. When the meatballs were done I popped the Texas Toast back in the oven for a minute just to heat them a little bit. It worked great and I had dinner on the table in less than 20 minutes.
