Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole

Once I find a recipe that my kids love I try to find a bunch of different ways to change it up, which is why I end up making so many combinations of tater tot casserole. Everyone in the house loves tater tots! And who doesn’t love bacon? I think bacon should be a food group so I’ll take any chance I have to include it in a recipe.

This was one of our favorite tater tot casseroles yet. It made a ton and we had not one bit leftover. The teenager raved about it as he came back for his third serving- and that never happens. This recipe is definitely going to be on regular rotation in our house.

  • Oh goodness this looks good! I need to make this for my family. I can already see them fighting over who gets the last of it!

This looks good. We’re having Chili Dog Tater Tot casserole tonight, so I’ll have to save it for another day.
