Easy French Fried Onion Chicken Casserole

I’m always on the look out for new recipes that I think my family will enjoy. I was a little bit skeptical of this one with the French Fried Onions but it was a huge hit. I took the original recipe and made a lot of changes until I found a combo that my family would enjoy. And y’all, it was amazing. This recipe easily goes in our family top 10 favorites ever. It made a ton and we had zero leftovers. Every single person had seconds and I’m pretty sure Ty had thirds.

I highly recommend you give this recipe a try. The kids were so bummed that there were no leftovers so I might even double this one next time. It was really fast and easy to prep and cooked quickly. I even used the little bags of Tyson’s pre-cooked chicken strips and diced them up because we were short on time. It was still delicious!

where do you find refrigerated french dip? is it like french onion dip for chips or french dip for sandwiches? thanks

In the refrigerated section by the other refrigerated dips, sour cream, ricotta cheese, etc. I used grocery store brand plain old french onion chip dip. The “french dip for sandwiches” you’re thinking of is Au Jus & that comes in either powdered or liquid form.
