Easy Crockpot 3 Meat Stew

I live with a family full of carnivores. I’m fairly certain their motto is “the more meat, the better”. No matter how much meat I put into a dish they always ask for more meat when I make it again. So when I saw a recipe for a crockpot stew that included double the meat I figured why not tweak it and make it with triple the meat. Surely that would satisfy the carnivores, right? Guess what? They still asked for more meat. I give up.

Everyone enjoyed this stew. It’s really a hearty meal, full of both meat and veggies. I didn’t know if the kids would eat it but they did. I served it with cheese on top and breadsticks on the side. This recipe made a ton so we ate leftovers for days!

This sounds really good. I’m going to switch out the canned veggies for a bag of frozen mixed veggies, mainly b/c all my canned corn is creamed & I can’t stand canned peas.

    • Next time I make this I think I’ll switch out the canned veggies and used frozen too. Great idea! Thanks!
